| Description: | This 24 week program prepares students for employment as a carpenter apprentice. Students will develop practical skills through an organized approach to safety, building codes and the use of hand and power tools. Practical projects are performed in indoor and outdoor environments to provide opportunities to erect, install, maintain and repair structures and components of structures made of wood, wood substitutes and other materials. |
